Consult Asia awards 1st “Ang Pinaka..” winner for April

Consult Asia Business Solutions & Advisory Services Inc. held its first awarding ceremony for the “Ang Pinaka… Award” for the month of April 2010 last April 23, 2010 at the Jin-Lu Meeting Room during its General Meeting.

The “Ang Pinaka.. Award” recognizes the efforts of outstanding employees who do extremely well in their respective offices. Started this month of April, the Ang Pinaka… Awards will be ongoing until the December of this year, to acknowledge those who stand out in terms of their performance, behavior and overall input in the workplace.

There are several criteria considered in the nomination and voting process of the “Ang Pinaka.. Award”. This includes the employee’s grooming, attire, posture, communication, attitude, confidence and corporate image. Each of this will have a different bearing or percentage, depending on the “Ang Pinaka..” category for the month.

For the month of April, the “Ang Pinaka..” category was “Ang PinakaMALINIS” (Cleanest). We were able to gather 5 nominees from the different affiliates and departments who handle Consult Asia employees. The nominees, as well as their background, are listed below:

Leonardo Baloloy

Known as “Leo” to his colleagues. He is 28 years old. He has been working with Consult Asia for almost 5 years and is assigned at AFC Accounting – Head Office as Utility/Messenger.

Gilbert De Leon

Known as “Bert” to his colleagues. He is 28 years old. He has been working with Consult Asia for 2 ½ years and is assigned at AFC Renewal – Head Office as Utility/Messenger.

Enrique Octera

Known as “Eric” to his colleagues. He is 28 years old. He has been working with Consult Asia for 4 years and is assigned at AFC Credit Review Regular Accounts as Utility/Messenger.

Joseph Del Valle

Known as “Joseph” to his colleagues. He is 26 years old. He has been working with Consult Asia for 3 months and is assigned at Forbes – Tax Accounting & Compliance Department as Utility/Messenger.

Rommel Tumaroy

Known as “Rommel” to his colleagues. He is 27 years old. He has been working with Consult Asia for 2 ½ years and is assigned at Global Makati.

After the voting process, Mr. Enrique “Eric” Octera emerged as the winner of “Ang PinakaMALINIS” for April 2010. He received a certificate of recognition and a cash prize.

A new category and new set of nominees will be brought out for next month’s “Ang Pinaka…” Awards.
